Our Summer of Strength Program is for the competitive high school athlete looking to take their training to the next level. For those aspiring to play collegiate sports, athletes will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and experienced performance coaches that will help you increase your vertical, speed, strength, power and develop the athletic skills to dominate the competition in the upcoming school year.
The Summer of Strength Program is limited to just 8 athletes per training group. When the 10:30-11:30 AM training group fills, we will open additional training slots to accommodate demand. The last Saturday in June (June 24th @ 12 noon) and the last Saturday in July (July 29th @ 12 noon) we will be offering a bonus, free of charge, training session for any athlete that is participating in the Summer of Strength Program. We understand vacations and other time constraints may require our athletes to miss a session from time-to-time. For this reason, we are offering 2 complimentary workouts as "makeup days" or "bonus days." There will not be any training offered and the facility will be closed on Monday July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.
Two payments of $295 to be processed on June 1st and July 1st of 2023
There is a required $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your athlete's spot in the summer program. This $50 deposit will be credited towards the June 1st program fee payment.
